Everyone is new at some point in their carrear. There is certainly nothing wrong with that. However it is all about choices. Choose wisely my friend.

Our software has been around longer than any other consulting software out there. Why? It is extremely easy to use and by having the property inspection screen and the job specs on the same screen at the same time you report that something is broken then immediately go to the spec and write the repair specifcation. Nothing our competitors comes close to this. I would venture to guess that half of the consultants out there today don't even realize they are supposed to have a property inspection with EVERY 203k consultation report. 

It makes writing a report so much faster. I had a long time user of our software a while back tell me he had to refund some money because the borrower was backing out of the deal and he hadn't finished the specs yet. I ask him "Why not?" When I walked him through the process and explained how he should have been writing the specs while writing the property inspection, it blew him away...
