Marketing a problem for you?
I was put on the carpet in front of 39 other consultants by HUD. I was asked "Why do you hog all the business?" I asked the audience "if I've never called you please stand up.? No one stood up. I told HUD that conversation was offering every one to come see my seminar and if they want to work with me I'll show them how to do it themselves and I'll even send them home with a 203k consultation from that night that they keep the fees. Furthermore I'll go to your office and give your first couple of seminars till you can do it yourself. The HUD rep was embarrassed but didn't apologize for his error. The Marketing program is taught in our training program. It is so simple that anyone can do it if you just follow the plan.

We enjoy helping you become the best you can be and are always there to answer your call. I had a fella call me back after about six months and he said "When you told me about the service after the sale, I thought you were just another sales person.
